Bea’s boxes are really fun.
I plan my weekly meals based on what she puts in the box. Actually I think she can read  my mind. I love the process of the preparing the ingredients all at once. Easy for snacks, soups, salads and stir fries during the week. There is normally a handful of things in there I wouldn’t buy but love including them in my dishes. The perfect amount of veggies for a single, hand working, healthy woman!I don’t think about going to supermarkets! Yay!!

We love how it is plastic free and delivered in a beautifully presented wooden box with damp hessian to keep it cool.
